Returns

Unopened, unused, resalable product may be returned for a full refund within the same 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be presented if you do not have a customer profile with us at the time of purchase. The refund will be issued back in cash whenever possible or instore exchange. 

Nonrefundable items include:

Raw dog food, raw cat food, raw bones, and any item that has been soiled by urine.

* Any PEAK K9 WELLNESS product that does not hold up to your expectations may be replaced with managements approval. 

* We stand behind our product and only sell the highest quality products here. If anything you buy here does not meet your expectations please speak with someone here at Peak K9 Wellness and we will do our best to make things right for you.
